1. Services Overview

We offer:

• One-on-One Coaching for individuals

• Team Coaching Programs for organizations

• Online Courses (live and pre-recorded)

• Access Consciousness® Sessions for individuals and organizations

• Free and paid downloadable resources (e.g., toolkits)

Coaching is not advice, therapy, or counselling. It may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in your life or profession.

 

2. Coaching Relationship

The coaching relationship is co-created with the client and involves direct, honest, and personal conversations. The client understands that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process, and its power comes from the client’s commitment and openness.

• If the client believes coaching is not working as desired, they will communicate and take action to recalibrate the relationship.

 

3. Role Expectations

Expectations of the Coach:

• Hold all client information confidential.

• Stretch and challenge the client beyond their comfort zone (when the client agrees).

• Act as a sounding board and help the client build self-awareness.

• Facilitate new perspectives and solutions.

• Refocus and encourage the client during frustration or doubt.

• Acknowledge and celebrate the client’s achievements.

• Hold the client accountable for actions and progress.

Expectations of the Client:

• Treat coaching sessions as sacred, showing up on time and fully present.

• Minimize distractions during sessions.

• Decide on and commit to implementable actions between sessions.

 

4. Confidentiality Clause

The Coach respects and maintains the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the coaching relationship. This includes all verbal, written, and digital communications, and applies to both individual and team coaching engagements.

However, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Coach may disclose information without prior notice to the Client under the following circumstances:

1. Unethical Practices or Intentions

   • If the Client discloses any unethical practices, incidents, or intentions (including but not limited to physical, financial, emotional, or mental harm), the Coach may share such information with relevant stakeholders or authorities as deemed necessary.

2. Organizational Transitions

   • If the Client discloses a decision to exit their company or organization, the Coach may share this information with relevant organizational stakeholders if it directly impacts the agreed coaching outcomes or organizational context.

3. Legal and Safety Obligations

   • If the Coach becomes aware of any actual or potential threat of physical harm to the Client or others.

   • If there is disclosure or reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to sexual, physical, emotional, or child abuse.

   • If the disclosure mandates reporting under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

     • The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO)

     • The Indian Penal Code

     • Any other relevant statute requiring mandatory reporting.

In such cases, the Coach will limit disclosure strictly to the extent required by law and for the purpose of protecting the individual(s) concerned.

By engaging the Coach’s services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these exceptions to confidentiality.

 

5. Data Collection & Privacy

When you:

• Opt in to free tools (like toolkits)

• Purchase coaching or courses
  We collect personal data (name, email, payment info) to deliver our services.

All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

 

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made in full unless otherwise specified.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final unless explicitly stated under specific products and services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (audios, videos, PDFs, frameworks, exercises) provided through our services are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are for educational and personal development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for any damages arising from their use.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
