Confidentiality & Privacy

The Coach keeps all client conversations private. However, the Coach may share information with the appropriate authorities, without informing the client first, if:

• There is a real or potential risk of harm to the client or anyone else;

• The Coach becomes aware of any form of abuse or suspected abuse (sexual, physical, emotional, or child abuse);

• The information shared requires reporting under Indian law (including the POCSO Act, the Indian Penal Code, or any other applicable statute).
   

Any disclosure will only be to the extent required by law and solely to protect the people involved.

 

Privacy of Personal Data.

By signing up for coaching, free resources, services, or community offerings, and or other offerings on the website the client agrees to receive communication and material related to the Coach’s programs.

All personal information shared (name, email, phone number, responses, or any other data) will be kept strictly private. The Coach will never sell, exchange, or misuse client data for any external purpose.

Data will only be used to deliver services, share relevant resources, support the coaching experience, and to inform the client about other services offered by the Coach.
